John Mark Delima ("we," "us," or "our") built the Dugtong app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by John Mark Delima at no cost and is intended for use as is. Dugtong is designed to respect your privacy. We do not require you to create an account, log in, or provide any personally identifiable information (such as your name, email address, or phone number) to play the game. Local Game Data: To provide a seamless gaming experience, Dugtong saves your game progress, current streak, completed puzzles, and sound preferences. All of this data is stored locally on your device. We do not transmit, sync, or store your personal game progress on our servers. If you uninstall the app, your game progress will be permanently reset. Third-Party Analytics: We want to improve our Service and understand how players interact with Dugtong. To do this, we use Google Analytics. This third-party service may collect anonymous data, including your device's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Dugtong may feature options to support the developer (such as a donation QR code). Scanning these codes or clicking these links will direct you to third-party payment applications. We do not process transactions within the app, nor do we collect, view, or store any of your financial or payment information.

To help keep Dugtong free, we use Google AdSense (on the web) and Google AdMob (on the mobile app) to display advertisements. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies and device identifiers to serve ads based on your prior visits to our app or other websites. Google AdMob may collect and use data such as your device's Advertising ID, approximate location, and usage data to provide non-personalized advertisements, count ad impressions, and prevent fraud.
